4. Conclusion of Contract
A binding agreement is created when you complete a purchase on our website or via written confirmation. By placing an order, you declare that you are legally competent and authorized to do so.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in the respective currency of the product (CHF, EUR, USD, or others). Taxes may apply depending on your country of residence.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Private Individuals (B2C):

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, only if the content has not yet been accessed or downloaded.

After accessing course content, downloads, or live sessions, the right to withdraw is forfeited.
For live events or coaching sessions:

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments without notice may be charged in full.
Business Clients (B2B):
Refunds and cancellations for business clients are excluded unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
7. Digital Products and Licensing
All digital materials (videos, documents, downloads, etc.) are for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or use for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written permission.
Purchasing a course or product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for individual use.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, methodologies, and frameworks provided through our services are the intellectual property of Global Consciousness Consulting GmbH or its licensors. Any reproduction, modification, or commercial use without consent is strictly prohibited.
