Program Overview
Power from Within is a 5-week live online group course, built on the Biology of Flow method. Each participant works on a small, real-life trigger to build everyday awareness and apply the tools step by step.
- Small groups of maximum 10 participants
- Duration: Workshop 6 hours online
- Follow-up sessions: 4 weekly calls (2 hours) over 4 weeks
